Giants win their fifth ABA title - Apr 7, 2018


Yesterday evening the Jacksonville Giants prevailed, 119-114 over the Austin Bats in the ABA Championship Game. The Giants are the Champs for 2017-2018 season, and win their third ABA title in a row and the fifth ABA title in their history.


ABA All-Star Weekend Dunk Contest, 3 point Contest and Skill Challenge Program - Apr 11, 2018


The Dunk contest, 3 point contest and ABA skills challenge will be held Friday, April 13. "We have some highly skilled and entertaining players coming to compete this week." added Antjuan 'Benefactor' Washington CEO of the ABA's media & ent entertainment divison. Fridays contest will showcase the skill sets of over 25 players representing more than 18 ABA teams nationwide as they make their bid to add their names to the record books.

ABA All-Star Weekend arrives in Pittsburgh - Apr 11, 2018


The American Basketball Association (ABA) announced the full roster for this weekends All-star game & events to be held in Pittsburgh, PA this Friday & Saturday. "We are very excited to have the Steel City Yellow Jackets host this years All-star game. Pittsburgh is a beautiful city and we are happy to be here." stated ABA president Michale Watson . The ABA is the premier minor basketball league in North America with over 80 teams nationwide & over 1,000 players in all. "Becoming an ABA All-star is no small feat." stated ABA cofounder and CEO Joe Newman .
