#1. Experienced champion Lamar Patterson, a 6'5'' guard/forward who is 34 years old and graduated from Pittsburgh in 2014, currently plays professionally in Australia. In a recent game, he led his team, Ipswich Force, to a resounding 121-81 victory against the tenth-ranked Wizards (3-7) in the Australian NBL One (second division) last Sunday. Patterson showcased his skills by scoring 20 points and making 4 steals in just 30 minutes of play. With this win, Ipswich Force (6-4) has now climbed to sixth place in the North group standings, marking their fourth consecutive victory. Patterson's exceptional performance was evident in the match against Northside W, where he contributed significantly with 20 points, 2 rebounds, and 2 assists. His standout display was instrumental in securing the win for his team, propelling them to triumph as the champion. Individually, Patterson has been having an outstanding year with impressive statistics. He boasts averages of 19.0 points, 5.3 rebounds, 4.3 assists, and 1.6 steals per game in the seven games he has played so far. His consistent contributions and leadership on the court have undoubtedly been key factors in Ipswich Force's success this season.
