#1. Ryan Beisty (6'7''-F-1995, played in 2015-19, plays pro in Australia) led Newcastle Falcons to an easy victory against the 11th-ranked Bandits (6-7) 95-76 in the Australian NBL One (second division) last Sunday. He recorded 13 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists in 40 minutes. Newcastle Falcons (10-1) are placed third in East group. It was his team's sixth consecutive victory in a row. Beisty has relatively good stats this year 14.5ppg, 10.3rpg, 4.5apg, 1.5bpg and 2.7spg in 11 games he played so far. He has also Australian citizenship.
#2. Ilisia Washington (6'5''-G/F-1998, graduated '2022, plays in Australia) could not help Sydney City Comets (10-2) in their last game on Sunday. Despite Washington's good performance the fourth-placed Sydney City Comets (10-2) were defeated 86-77 on the road by the lower-ranked Sutherland Sharks (#4) in the East group. He was the second best scorer with 14 points. Washington also added 5 rebounds and 3 assists. Washington has relatively good stats this season 11.8ppg, 4.4rpg, 2.3apg and 1.5spg.
#3. Will Cranston-Lown (6'1''-G/F-2000, played in 2019-22, currently in Australia) was the major contributor in a Maitland Mustangs' victory against the 11th-ranked Bandits (6-7) 91-80 in the Australian NBL One (second division) in Saturday night's game. Cranston-Lown scored 20 points and added 6 passes in 37 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his first season in pro basketball. Maitland Mustangs (7-5) are placed sixth in East group. It's Cranston-Lown's first year with the team. Cranston-Lown has individually a very good season with high stats. He averages 19.3ppg, 4.3rpg, 5.0apg and 2.8spg in 12 games.
#4. Kai Daniels (6'4''-G, played in 2017-21, plays pro in Australia) was not able to help Mandurah Magic in their game against Tigers (8-3) in the Australian NBL One (second division). Daniels' contribution was not very remarkable in Saturday's game. He scored only 3 points, had 5 rebounds and dished 3 assists. his team was edged108-106 in Willetton by the lower-ranked Tigers (#3) in the West group. This season Daniels averages 4.9ppg, 4.2rpg, 3.6apg and 1.2spg.
