#1. Larry Kuimi (6'7''-C, played in 2022-23, plays pro in Portugal). He could not help Vitoria SC (11-11) to beat Oliveirense (16-6) in the Portuguese Liga Betclic. Kuimi scored 5 points in 8 minutes. Vitoria SC was badly defeated94-77 at home by the higher-ranked (#3) Oliveirense. It was Vitoria SC's first loss after three consecutive victories. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Kuimi has relatively good stats this year 10.6ppg and 5.9rpg in 17 games he played so far.
#2. Ced McGinnis (5'10''-PG-1995, played in 2018-19, plays in the TBL) led San Diego Sharks to an easy victory against the Bakersfield Majestics (0-14) crushing them 120-89 in the TBL on Sunday night. He scored 13 points, had 6 boards, passed 8 assists and added 3 steals (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line). The San Diego Sharks have a solid 10-5 record this season. This year McGinnis averages 7.8ppg, 4.4rpg and 3.5apg. McGinnis is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market.
#3. Jesse Johnson (6'7''-F-1995, played in 2022-23, currently in Bolivia) contributed to Univ.Sucre's victory against the league outsider La Paz (0-7) 91-85 in the Bolivian Libobasquet in Wednesday night's game. Johnson recorded 7 points and blocked 2 blocks in just 11 minutes. Club Universitario de Sucre (3-4) is placed fifth in the Libobasquet. His team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And now that game is very crucial. This year Johnson averages 3.6ppg and 3.0rpg in five games. He is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top summer league for players who want to play basketball overseas.
#4. Elias Harden (6'6''-G/F-1999, played in 2021-22, plays pro in the TBL) managed to help Jacksonville 95ers to win against the Coastal Georgia Buccaneers (4-10) crushing them 140-119 in the TBL last Sunday. Harden scored only 4 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. The Jacksonville 95ers have a solid 11-4 record this season. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. This season Harden averages 9.7ppg, 3.4rpg and 1.5apg.
