The Ft Worth F.I.R.M. Win The 2021 PBA Championship Defeating The New York Generals, Daylon Guy wins Finals MVP - Sep 21, 2021

Sept 19th, The New York Generals and The Ft Worth F.I.R.M. clashed in Dallas, TX for the first ever PBA Championship.

The first ever PBA Championship would go to The Ft Worth F.I.R.M. who won the game (84-76) in a low scoring game with both teams playing championship defense.

The F.I.R.M. we're led by Daylon Guy (6'0''-PG-92, college: Tarleton St., agency: PBAplayers Agency), who won the first ever Finals MVP for The PBA.
Daylon Guy had 18 points along with 4 three pointers.

Je'Lon Hornbeak (6'3''-G/F-94, college: Monmouth) led the F.I.R.M. in scoring with 19 points total on the game. Je'Lon Hornbeak had 13 of his 19 points in the 2nd quarter alone as he had a hot hand.

Also for The F.I.R.M. , Earl Rabb (F) had 15 points as The Generals didn't have a answer for him in the paint.

Veteran players Jeromy Matthews (6'1''-G) (13 points) and J.R. Duffey (11 points) had solid games to help The F.I.R.M. bring The Championship to Ft Worth as everybody pitched in and played a key role.

Shot blocker and big man Demontre McFarland also had 8 points for The F.I.R.M. as all 8 of his points came in the first quarter. His defensive and paint presence alone made it hard for The Generals to get anything going inside.

For The Generals, they were led by Isaiah Ward, college: Monroe Coll.) who had 15 points and had 3 three pointers.

Also for The New York Generals, Tyreek White had 14 points in the game and all 14 came in the 4th quarter alone, as New York tried to make a 4th quarter push but would fall short to a tough Ft Worth F.I.R.M. who is known for closing out games.

Curtis Jenkins (6'2''-G, college: Molloy) tallied 9 points for The Generals as well as Ian Helps (6'6''-F-96, college: Fredonia St.) and Brandon Johnson who both scored 8 points a piece for New York.

Both teams showed why they belonged in The Championship in The Final Four weekend for The PBA, but ultimately The F.I.R.M. would be crowned the first ever PBA Champion in The 2021 Innaugural season as 5 guys reach double digit points in an amazing team effort and unselfish performance.
