The match was a highly anticipated showdown between two top-ranked teams in the Atlantic Canada group, making the victory even more noteworthy. The Tri-City Tide, with a somewhat modest 20-3 season record, secured their ninth consecutive win, thanks in part to Jean-Baptiste's performance. Jean-Baptiste's stat line of 1 point and 1 rebound against the DC Heat may seem modest, but his impact went beyond the numbers. His play was instrumental in helping his team emerge victorious and advance towards potentially becoming the champion of the league. This season, Jean-Baptiste has been averaging 3.3 points per game and 3.8 rebounds per game, showcasing his consistent contribution to the team's success.
