PrimeTime earn second straight TRBL Playoff title - Jun 17, 2013

PrimeTime Players - Cary Invasion 126:118

The PT Players have conquered the second straight TRBL Playoff championship. They overcame the Cary Invasion in the repeat of the 2012 Final. Sean Barnette (6'6''-F-86, college: Wingate) stepped up with 28 points to lead the winners.
Both teams entered the title game following impressive unbeaten runs in the regular season. It was the clash between statistically and practically best teams in the League. PrimeTime dominated from the opening tip. They rallied to a 68:46 halftime advantage. The Cary Invasion refused to give up that easily. They narrowed the deficit at 11-point mark 82:93 at the final break. The Invasion got within four points midway through the fourth frame. But the PrimeTime Players withstood the challenge. They hit a key three-pointer down the stretch and snatched a tough victory at the end. Chris Moore (6'2''-G-86, college: Charleston So.) nailed 27 points for the winners. Freddie Little (6'1''-PG-86, college: Montevallo) responded with game-high 33 points for the Invasion.
