#1. Australian player Keely Froling, a 6'2'' forward aged 30, who graduated from SMU in 2016 and currently plays professionally in Australia, unfortunately could not boost the performance of the 11th-placed Northern Force (7-8) in their recent game. Despite her stellar performance, recording 17 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists, and 2 blocks in a 46-minute game, Northern Force suffered a significant 109-90 defeat on the road against the higher-ranked (#8) Mount Gambier Pioneers in the South group. This loss marked Northern Force's first after a successful streak of six consecutive victories. Froling showcased her skills with an impressive display against Mount Gambier, contributing significantly with 17 points, 9 rebounds, and 4 assists. Despite her remarkable efforts, her team fell short of securing the victory. Throughout the season, Froling has been excelling individually with impressive statistics, averaging 25.8 points per game (the second-best in the league), along with 11.7 rebounds, 3.2 assists, and 1.5 blocks per game in the 13 games she has played so far.
