#1. Otar Pkhakadze (6'2''-PG-1993, played in 2015-16, plays pro in Georgia) led TSU to a victory over the seventh-ranked Iverioni (3-4) 87-73 in the Georgian Superleague last Saturday. He was MVP of the game. Pkhakadze had a double-double by scoring 21 points and making 11 passes. He also added and 3 steals in 38 minutes. Tbilisi State University (6-2) is placed first in the Superleague. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. It's Pkhakadze's first season with the team. Pkhakadze has relatively good stats this year 11.8ppg, 3.2rpg and 6.8apg in five games he played so far.
#2. Kon Anguik (6'5''-F-1996, played in 2018-19, plays in Norway) could not help Gimle (9-4) in their last game on Wednesday. Despite his good performance Gimle was crushed93-70 at home by the leading Fyllingen. Anguik scored 12 points. Anguik has relatively good stats this season 14.9ppg, 5.0rpg, 2.0apg and 2.9spg.
#3. Amund Morin (6'2''-G-1998, played in 2020-21, currently in Sweden) was not able to help Huddinge (0-0) in their game against Fryshuset (11-0) in the Swedish Superettan (second division), despite his very good performance in Wednesday night's game. He was the top scorer with 28 points. Morin also added 4 rebounds and dished 4 assists in 40 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his third season in pro basketball. But Huddinge was crushed97-72 on the road by the leading Fryshuset. Morin has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 16.9ppg, 5.9rpg, 3.7apg and 1.9spg in 12 games.
#4. Aaron Burt (6'6''-F-1999, played in 2022-23, plays pro in Malaysia) was not able to secure a victory for one of league's weakest teams Sarawak Cola Warriors (4-3) in their game against NS Matrix (6-1) in the Malaysian MBL. Burt's contribution was not very remarkable in Sunday's game. He scored only 2 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. Sarawak Cola Warriors was defeated 74-62 by the leading NS Matrix. It was Sarawak Cola Warriors' first loss after four consecutive victories. This season Burt averages 8.1ppg, 3.7rpg and 1.4apg.
