#1. Keith Germain (6'5''-F, played in 2023-24, plays pro in Norway) led Froya Basket to a victory over the league outsider Oppsal (0-15) 95-77 in the Norwegian BLNO on Sunday night. He was MVP of the game. Germain scored 26 points (!!!), grabbed 6 rebounds and dished 6 assists in 36 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his first season in pro basketball. Froya Basket Laksevag (10-7) is placed fifth in the BLNO. It's Germain's first year with the team. Germain has individually a very good season with high stats. He averages 21.5ppg, 7.1rpg and 1.1apg.
#2. Donoven Carlisle (6'8''-F-1998, played in 2020-22, plays in Colombia). He could not help Cimarrones del Choco (12-12) to beat Motilones (20-4) in the Colombian Liga WPlay. Carlisle recorded 5 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. Cimarrones del Choco lost 67-74 on the road to the leading Motilones. Carlisle has relatively good stats this year 11.1ppg, 5.7rpg and 1.2apg in 15 games he played so far.
#3. EJ Onu (6'11''-F-1999, played in 2017-21, currently in Spain) was not able to help Leche Rio Breogan Lugo in their game against Real Madrid (8-3) in the Spanish Liga Endesa. Onu scored only 4 points in 10 minutes. Leche Rio Breogan Lugo was crushed106-69 in Madrid by the second-ranked Real. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. It's Onu's first year with the team. This season he averages 2.0ppg.
#4. Kyree Elder (6'5''-F-1998, played in 2019-20, plays pro in Colombia) was the major contributor in a Caribbean Storm Islands' victory against the league leader Motilones (20-4) crushing them 98-76 in the Colombian Liga Wplay on Friday night. Elder scored 24 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Caribbean Storm Islands (14-10) is placed second in the Liga Wplay. Elder has relatively good stats this year 12.7ppg, 4.4rpg, 1.2apg and 1.1spg in 21 games. He is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top summer league for players who want to play basketball overseas.
