Here is the weekly review of the top performing Boilermakers alumni, who are currently playing in pro basketball.

#1. Carsen Edwards, a 6'0'' shooting guard who graduated from Purdue in 2019 and helped them become Big Ten Regular Season Co-Champion, is currently playing professionally in Italy. Recently, he led Virtus Segafredo Bologna to a convincing 106-95 victory over Dolomiti Trentino in the Italian Serie A, where he was named the MVP of the game. In an outstanding performance, Edwards scored an impressive 31 points, along with 5 assists and 3 steals, while maintaining a perfect 7-for-7 record from the free-throw line, all within 33 minutes of play. Virtus Segafredo Bologna, currently holding the top spot in the league with a record of 23-5, secured their fifth consecutive win with Edwards leading the charge. His remarkable display of skill and leadership on the court highlighted his capabilities as a champion. Throughout the season, Edwards has maintained high individual statistics, averaging 16.1 points, 1.9 rebounds, and 3.4 assists per game in the 30 games he has played so far.

#2. Trevion Williams, a 25-year-old former Boilermakers alumni from 2022 standing at 6'9'' and playing as a forward/center, currently showcases his skills as a professional basketball player in Turkey. Recently, he played a crucial role in Bahcesehir Koleji Istanbul's impressive victory over the closely-ranked Trabzonspor, with a final score of 91-65 in the Turkish ING Basketbol Super Ligi. In this game, Williams displayed his prowess on the court by achieving a double-double, scoring 12 points and securing 12 rebounds in just 20 minutes of play. Bahcesehir Koleji Istanbul currently holds the third position in the league standings with a record of 21-9, largely thanks to the contributions of players like Williams. His exceptional performance against Trabzonspor not only helped his team secure a significant win but also earned him recognition, including the prestigious Triple-Double Badge from eurobasket.com. These accolades further cement Williams' reputation as a champion in the realm of basketball. Throughout the season, Williams has maintained solid statistics, averaging 10.8 points, 9.2 rebounds (leading the league in this category), and 2.3 assists per game across 29 appearances. His consistent performance and remarkable contributions highlight his value as a key player for Bahcesehir Koleji Istanbul and reinforce his status as a finalist to be reckoned with in the competitive world of professional basketball.
