#1. North Macedonian champion Angel Kechovski, a 6'2'' forward at 21 years old, graduated from Oakland CC in 2025 after helping them secure the NJCAA D2 Region XII title that year. Currently playing professionally in North Macedonia, Kechovski recently showcased his skills in a game where his team, Angeli, faced off against Rabotnicki. Despite his outstanding performance as the top scorer with 24 points, along with 4 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals in just 27 minutes, Angeli (2-25) suffered a defeat against the higher-ranked (#3) Rabotnicki, with a final score of 84-99 in a crucial derby match within the Places 7-12 group. This loss marked Angeli's third consecutive defeat in a row. Kechovski's remarkable display on the court against Rabotnicki highlighted his talent, especially considering that this is his debut season in professional basketball. Although his efforts were commendable, his team was unable to secure the win. Despite the setback, Kechovski has maintained solid statistics throughout the season, averaging 11.0 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per game in the eight games he has played so far. The Second Stage has already concluded, and Kechovski continues to demonstrate his prowess as a promising player in the North Macedonian basketball scene.
#2. Lonnell Martin Jr., a 6'4'' shooting guard and Rattlers alumnus from the class of 2025, previously played at Oakland CC between 2019 and 2020 where he received the All-MCCAA Eastern Conference Third Team award. Currently, he is showcasing his skills in the ECBL as a professional player. In a recent game, Martin Jr. played a crucial role in leading the Gastonia Snipers to a thrilling victory over the Carolina Thunder with a close score of 151-145. His impressive performance included scoring 24 points, grabbing 7 rebounds, and dishing out 5 assists. This remarkable display is even more noteworthy considering that it is only Martin Jr.'s first season in professional basketball. Despite the Gastonia Snipers holding a somewhat modest 9-2 record this season, every remaining game in the East Coast Basketball League Regular Season will be crucial. Martin Jr.'s stellar performance against the CRL Thunder highlights his impact on the team's success, ultimately leading them to victory as the champion. Individually, Martin Jr. is having an exceptional season, boasting impressive averages of 26.5 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 4.3 assists per game across six games. With only three games left in the regular season, Martin Jr.'s skills and leadership will be vital as the Gastonia Snipers aim for further success in the league.
#3. Myles Thompson, a 6'7'' forward at 25 years old, graduated from SIUE in 2026 after playing at Oakland CC from 2017 to 2018, where he received the HS New Jersey All-Group 2 Second Team award. Currently playing professionally in the TBL, Thompson recently made his debut for the Mesa Monsoons in their last game. Despite his notable performance of scoring 15 points, grabbing 6 rebounds, and dishing out 3 assists in 42 minutes against the Great Falls Electric, the Mesa Monsoons suffered a significant 99-82 defeat on the road. As a finalist, Thompson's skills and contributions on the court were evident, showcasing his prowess as a champion player even in a losing effort. The Mesa Monsoons, currently at 0-3 in the Regular Season, are hoping for a turnaround in their upcoming games. While the team's early-season struggles are apparent, there is still optimism and potential for improvement as the season progresses.

Bentley showcased his skills by scoring 10 points and grabbing 5 rebounds in 25 minutes of play. With an average of 12.8 points per game and 6.6 rebounds per game in 12 games this season, Bentley has been a key player for his team. His standout performance against Kokomo Bobkats highlights his talent on the court, making him a champion player in the game.

Kendall Perkins, a 25-year-old guard standing at 6'3'' who graduated from Lourdes in 2025, previously honed his skills at Oakland Community College between 2019 and 2022 before transitioning to professional basketball in the TBL.
