#1. Jaylen Barford (6'3''-G-1996, played in 2014-16, plays pro in Italy) led Reggio Emilia to a victory against one of league's weakest teams Pistoia (6-24) 86-72 in the Italian Serie A on Sunday night. He scored 14 points and grabbed 7 rebounds in 24 minutes. Unahotels Reggio Emilia (2-2) is placed second in the Serie A. Barford's team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And that game will be critical. Barford has relatively good stats this season 12.6ppg, 3.6rpg, 1.6apg and 1.1spg.
#2. Perrin Buford (6'6''-F-1994, played in 2012-13, plays in Japan) could not help Shinshu Brave Warriors Nagano (36-23) in their last game. Despite Buford's good performance the third-placed Shinshu Brave Warriors Nagano (36-23) was crushed83-59 on the road by the leading Chiba in the East group. He had a double-double by scoring 14 points and getting 12 rebounds. Buford also added 3 assists. It's Buford's first season with the team. He has individually a very good year with high stats. Buford averages 19.2ppg, 9.4rpg, 6.8apg and 1.3spg in 48 games he played so far.
#3. Anterrious Rhyan (6'0''-PG-1999, played in 2018-21, currently in the TBL), who plays in the TBL was not able to help the Little Rock Lightning (6-9) in their game last Friday. Despite his good performance the Little Rock Lightning (#3) was crushed139-97 in Shawnee by the Potawatomi Fire. Rhyan scored 14 points, had 4 rebounds and dished 9 assists in 40 minutes. There are only three games left until the end of the TBL Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial. This season Rhyan has very high stats. He averages 20.4ppg, 4.7rpg, 4.4apg and 2.7spg. Rhyan is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top summer league for players who want to play basketball overseas.
#4. Experienced Frederick Lish (5'9''-PG-1988, played in 2009-10, plays pro in Thailand) was not able to secure a victory for one of league's weakest teams Hitech (2-3) in their game against Kings (4-2) in the Basketball Champions League Asia, despite his very good performance last Tuesday. Lish was the top scorer with 25 points. But Hitech lost 82-88 at home to the second-ranked Kings. His team will play only one more game in the Basketball Champions League Asia Regular Season. And now that game is quite important. Lish has relatively good stats this year 12.8ppg, 2.4rpg, 1.6apg and 1.4spg in five games. He is a naturalized Thai.
