

Courtesy of Eurobasket LLC Here is the weekly review of the top performing Thunderbirds alumni, who are currently playing in pro basketball.
#1. Sindou Diallo (6'3''-G, played in 2017-18, plays pro in Qatar) could not help Al Shamal (0-1) in their last game. Despite his very good performance Al Shamal lost 79-92 in a derby game to the leading Al Sadd. Diallo was the top scorer with 31 points. He also added 7 rebounds, 7 assists and 7 steals in 40 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Diallo's first season in pro basketball. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Diallo has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 22.7ppg, 4.3rpg, 4.3apg and 5.3spg in six games he played so far.
#2. Sami Bzai (6'3''-G-1994, played in 2013-14, plays in Jordan) led Al Ahli to a victory against the third-ranked Al Riyadi (5-4) 90-81 in a derby game in the Jordanian Premier League on Wednesday night. Bzai recorded 14 points, 4 rebounds, 6 assists and 3 steals. It was the game of the round between two top 3 ranked teams in group Final Four. Al Ahli Amman (5-4) is placed second. His team will play only one more game in the Second Stage. And now that game is very crucial. This season Bzai has very high stats. He averages 16.3ppg, 4.2rpg, 4.4apg and 1.9spg. He is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market.
#3. Mikel Beyers (6'9''-F-1998, played in 2017-18, currently in Denmark) contributed to Randers' victory against the fifth-ranked Svendborg (12-14) 83-76 in the Danish BasketLigaen in Wednesday night's game. Beyers scored 11 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 26 minutes. Randers Cimbria Basketball (22-5) is placed first in Places 1-6 group. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. There are only three games left until the end of the Second Stage. So now every game will be important. It's Beyers' first season with the team. This year he averages 7.5ppg and 3.4rpg in 24 games.
#4. Adonis Arms (6'6''-G-1998, played in 2016-18, plays pro in the NBA G League) was not able to help the Memphis Hustle in their game against the Rio Grande Valley Vipers (17-12) in the NBA G League. His contribution was not very remarkable in Friday's game. Arms recorded only 2 points. The Memphis Hustle (#2) was edged110-108 on the road by the Rio Grande Valley Vipers. Arms has relatively good stats this season 10.3ppg, 4.4rpg, 2.9apg and 1.4spg.
