#1. Alikhan Tulebayev (5'11''-PG-1994, played in 2011-15, plays pro in Kazakhstan). Tulebayev could not help Irtysh (4-17) to beat Irbis (27-1) in the Kazakhstan National League. He scored 6 points in only 7 minutes. Irtysh was crushed93-54 at home by the leading Irbis. This year Tulebayev averages 1.6ppg and 1.3rpg in 29 games he played so far. Worth to mention he played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped him get the job in pro basketball.
