#1. Keenon Cole (6'7''-F-2000, played in 2022-24, plays pro in Czech Republic) could not help one of league's weakest teams NH Ostrava (2-8) in their last game. Despite his very good performance NH Ostrava lost 89-93 at home to the higher-ranked (#10) H.Kralove. Cole was the top scorer with 27 points. He also added 7 rebounds in 32 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Cole's second season in pro basketball. It's Cole's first year with the team. He has individually a very good season with high stats. Cole averages 15.8ppg and 6.8rpg in nine games he played so far.
#2. Jacoby Ross (5'10''-PG-1997, played in 2021-22, plays in Iceland) led Thor Thorl to a 2-point victory over the closely-ranked IR (1-3) 100-98 in the Icelandic Subway League last Thursday. He was MVP of the game. Ross scored 38 points (!!!), had 6 rebounds and dished 6 assists. Thor Thorlakshofn (1-5) is placed second from the bottom (#11) in the Subway League. It was Thor Thorl's first victory after five consecutive loses. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. It's Ross' first year with the team. This season he has very high stats. Ross averages 23.2ppg, 6.0rpg and 7.7apg. Worth to mention Ross played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped him get the job in pro basketball.
#3. TJ Crockett (6'2''-G-1999, played in 2017-21, currently in Germany) contributed to a Rostock Seawolves' surprising victory against the fourth-ranked s Oliver Baskets (5-2) 75-63 in the German BBL on Sunday night. Crockett recorded 6 points in only 9 minutes. Rostock Seawolves (3-3) is placed 12th in the BBL. But the season just started, so everything may happen. Crockett has relatively good stats this year 12.0ppg, 2.4rpg and 1.6apg in five games.
#4. Markeith Browning II (6'4''-G-2001, played in 2024-25, plays pro in Sweden) was not able to help Sloga Uppsala (2-8) in their last game on Friday. Despite Browning II's very good performance the bottom-ranked Sloga Uppsala was defeated 85-71 on their home court in by the much higher-ranked BC Lulea (#3). He was the top scorer with 17 points. Browning II also added 4 rebounds, passed 3 assists and added 2 blocks. But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen. This season Browning II has very high stats. He averages 16.5ppg, 3.6rpg, 3.1apg and 1.2spg.
#5. Romelo Burrell (6'7''-F-1998, played in 2020-22, plays in Azerbaijan) led Gence to a victory against the sixth-ranked NTD (0-7) 90-78 in the Azerbaijani ABL last Saturday. He scored 16 points and added 3 passes in 33 minutes. Gence BK Ganja (3-3) is placed third in Grupa A group. Burrell's team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And that game will be critical. Burrell has relatively good stats this year 13.3ppg, 3.5rpg, 2.0apg and 1.5spg in four games.
#6. David King (6'7''-F, played in 2007-11, currently in Spain) was not able to secure a victory for Peniscola in their game against El Pilar in the Spanish Tercera FEB (fourth division). King scored only 4 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. His team was defeated 101-92. This season King averages 7.0ppg and 4.4rpg.
