Here is the weekly review of the top performing Reivers alumni, who are currently playing in pro basketball.

#1. De'Quon Lake, a 29-year-old professional basketball player from the U.S. Virgin Islands, has an impressive background in the sport. Having graduated from Arizona State in 2019 after previously playing for Iowa Western from 2015 to 2017, he has consistently showcased his talent on the court. Currently playing in Kosovo, Lake recently led his team, KB Bashkimi Prizren, to a resounding victory against Bora in the Kosovan Art Motion Superliga. In the matchup against Bora, Lake displayed his skills by scoring 14 points, grabbing 8 rebounds, and contributing 2 assists in just 28 minutes of play. This stellar performance was instrumental in securing a decisive 100-76 win for his team. The game, which featured two top 4 ranked teams, highlighted Lake's ability to excel under pressure and lead his team to success. With KB Bashkimi Prizren sitting in second place in the league with a record of 20-8, Lake's contributions have been key to their recent success. The victory over Bora marked his team's fourth consecutive win, showcasing their dominance in the competition. Lake's consistent performance throughout the season, averaging 10.2 points and 5.8 rebounds per game in the 33 games he has played so far, further solidifies his reputation as a champion on the court.

#2. Caleb Huffman, a 26-year-old guard standing at 6'4'' and an alum of the Colonels in 2023, has been making waves in the Dominican Republic Liga Nacional de Baloncesto. Despite playing in Iowa Western between 2018 and 2020, Huffman has quickly established himself as a standout player for Heroes de Moca. In a recent game against the Soles, a team with a 2-8 record, Huffman was a key contributor to his team's 105-99 victory. Scoring an impressive 26 points and making 3 assists in just 35 minutes of play, Huffman's performance was nothing short of outstanding. It is remarkable to see such a display of skill and talent from a player who is only in his third season of professional basketball. The victory against Soles marked the fourth consecutive win for Heroes de Moca, placing them third in the league standings. Huffman's individual statistics for the season further highlight his impact on the court, averaging 19.0 points, 3.5 rebounds, 2.2 assists, and 1.1 steals per game over 10 matches. His consistent high-level performance not only contributes to his team's success but also cements his reputation as a true champion in the sport of basketball.

#3. Deshawn Munson, a 6'4'' guard who is 30 years old and graduated from Harris-Stowe St. in 2021, showcased his talent as a key player in the recent victory of the 4 Bears Roar against the Willamette Valley Jaguars in The Basketball League. Munson, who previously played at Iowa Western between 2013 and 2018, is currently competing professionally in the TBL. In the game, his team triumphed over the Jaguars with a resounding score of 136-94, thanks in large part to Munson's stellar performance. Munson was instrumental in the victory, achieving a double-double by scoring 17 points, securing 12 rebounds, and providing 9 assists, along with 3 steals, all within 33 minutes of play. This outstanding display helped the 4 Bears Roar secure their 16th consecutive win, despite having a somewhat modest 16-1 season record. His exceptional skills and contributions on the court earned him the Triple-Double Badge from eurobasket.com, solidifying his reputation as a champion player. Individually, Munson has been having an impressive season with remarkable statistics, averaging 18.2 points, 8.9 rebounds, 8.6 assists, and 1.9 steals per game over the course of 10 games. His consistent performance and all-around contribution demonstrate why he is considered a finalist player in the league.

#4. Isaiah Wade, a 6'7'' power forward who is 28 years old and an alumnus of Bronchos from 2022, previously played at Iowa Western between 2016 and 2018 where he earned the NJCAA D1 All-Region 11 First Team award in 2018. Currently, he is playing professionally in the TBL. In a recent game, Wade was a standout player for the Potawatomi Fire as they defeated the Muskogee Skykings 153-96.
