In a thrilling match between Basquet Girona and the sixth-ranked Joventut, Otis Livingston II, a 29-year-old point guard standing at 5'11'' and a graduate of GMU in 2019 who currently plays professionally in Spain, played a pivotal role in his team's surprising victory. Basquet Girona, currently ranked 12th in the league with a record of 14-20, secured an 82-77 win against Joventut, who boasted a record of 22-12. Livingston II showcased his skills on the court by contributing 9 points, 2 rebounds, and 4 assists in just 23 minutes of play. #2. Experienced Jamaican Shevon Thompson, a 7'0'' center who is 32 years old and an alum of the Patriots from 2016, currently plays professionally in Serbia. In a recent game, he contributed to KK Spartak Office Shoes Subotica's victory over the 21st-ranked FMP BG with a score of 76-73 in the Serbian Meridianbet Kosarkaska lige Srbije on Sunday night. Despite only scoring 2 points and grabbing 5 rebounds in 16 minutes of play, Thompson's impact was crucial. His team, KK Spartak Office Shoes Subotica, is currently placed 19th in the Joined in Play-Off group, with this being Thompson's first season with the team. Against FMP BG, Thompson not only scored 2 points and grabbed 5 rebounds but also dished out 1 assist, contributing significantly to his team's triumph and securing the title of champion. Throughout this season, he has been maintaining an average of 3.5 points per game and 3.5 rebounds per game.

Saquan Singleton, a 6'6'' guard who graduated from GMU in 2023 and currently plays professionally in Colombia, showcased his exceptional skills in leading Toros Del Valle to a thrilling 102-101 victory over the closely-ranked Paisas in the Colombian LBP. Singleton's remarkable performance earned him the MVP title of the game as he achieved a rare triple-double, scoring 21 points, grabbing 11 rebounds, and dishing out 10 assists in just 38 minutes of play. This outstanding display is particularly impressive considering it is only Singleton's third season in professional basketball. The game between Toros Del Valle and Paisas, both top 4 ranked teams, was highly anticipated and lived up to expectations. With this victory, Toros Del Valle, currently placed first in the league with a record of 12-2, secured their fourth consecutive win. Singleton's exceptional play against Paisas not only led his team to victory but also earned him the prestigious Triple-Double Badge from eurobasket.com, further solidifying his reputation as a true champion. Throughout the season, Singleton has maintained good statistics, averaging 11.1 points per game, 6.1 rebounds per game, and 6.9 assists per game - leading the league in assists. Additionally, his defensive prowess is evident with 2.1 steals per game, ranking him third best in the league. Singleton's consistent performance and leadership on the court demonstrate his potential to continue excelling as a top-tier finalist in professional basketball.
