#1. Ryan Blanchett (6'8''-F/C-1996, played in 2014-18, plays pro in Australia) contributed to an easy victory against the 14th-ranked Redbacks (5-17) crushing them 107-76 in the Australian NBL One (second division) last Saturday. He scored 10 points in 15 minutes. Geraldton Buccaneers (20-2) are placed first in West group. Blanchett's team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And that game will be critical. It's Blanchett's first season with the team. This year he averages 4.5ppg, 2.6rpg and 1.2apg in 21 games he played so far.
#2. Manyiel Wugol (6'6''-G/F-1999, played in 2022-23, plays in Australia). Wugol could not help South West Slammers (6-16) to beat Flames (13-9) in the Australian NBL One (second division). He scored 9 points. But the 12th-placed South West Slammers (6-16) were crushed97-72 on the road by the much higher-ranked Flames (#4) in the West group. The Regular Season already ended. It's Wugol's first season with the team. This year Wugol averages 8.7ppg, 2.5rpg and 1.1apg. He has also Australian nationality.
#3. Kenneth Santos (6'1''-G-1998, played in 2017-21, currently in Puerto Rico) was not able to help Aguada in their game against Criollos (19-14) in the Puerto Rican BSN. It was not Santos' best game last Thursday. He recorded only 3 points in 8 minutes on the court. The third-placed Aguada (15-18) lost 56-67 in Caguas to the lower-ranked (#3) Criollos in the Group A. This year Santos averages 1.6ppg in 19 games.
#4. Jordan Cardenas (6'9''-C-1998, played in 2019-20, plays pro in Bolivia) was not able to secure a victory for Tarija Basquet (14-4) in their last game on Friday. Despite his very good performance Tarija Basquet was edged87-84 in Oruro by the lower-ranked Carl A-Z (#7). Cardenas recorded a double-double by scoring 20 points and getting 16 rebounds. Cardenas has individually a very good season with high stats. He averages 18.3ppg and 11.0rpg.
