#1. Helder Semedo (6'6''-F-2001, played in 2022-23, plays pro in Portugal). He could not help Sangalhos (12-10) to beat Queluz (18-4) in the Portuguese Proliga (second division). Semedo scored 8 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 23 minutes. The fifth-placed Sangalhos (12-10) was badly defeated79-63 on the road by the leading Queluz in the North group. It was Sangalhos' third consecutive loss in a row. The Second Stage already ended. This season Semedo averages 4.1ppg and 4.0rpg.
