#1. Sam Sessoms, a 6'0'' point guard who graduated from Coppin St. in 2023, has been making waves in the Romanian Liga Nationala Baschet de Masculin. Recently, he showcased his talent by leading SCMU Craiova to a thrilling 105-101 victory over Dinamo Bucuresti, a closely-ranked opponent. In this pivotal game, Sessoms put on a remarkable performance, scoring an impressive 32 points, grabbing 6 rebounds, and dishing out 4 assists in just 36 minutes of play. Notably, he also contributed 4 steals to his team's success, earning him the title of MVP for the game. Despite being in only his third season of professional basketball, Sessoms has been excelling on the court, consistently delivering standout performances. His stellar play was instrumental in securing his team's third consecutive victory, solidifying their fourth-place position in the league standings. Sessoms' exceptional season statistics further underscore his impact, as he leads the league in scoring with an average of 21.0 points per game, while also contributing 3.8 rebounds, 6.4 assists (ranking third in the league), and 1.2 steals per game across 35 appearances. #2. Slovenian Luka Tekavcic, a 6'11'' forward who is 24 years old and an Eagles alumnus from 2024, showcased his skills in the recent Lebanese Decathlon Lebanese Basketball League game. Playing professionally in Lebanon, Tekavcic played a crucial role in Hoops' 93-87 victory against the closely-ranked Al Markaziyyah last Sunday. He contributed 9 points and 3 blocked shots in 31 minutes of gameplay. Hoops Club, currently with a record of 14-8, holds the third position in the league standings. Tekavcic's team secured their fourth consecutive victory, maintaining a strong momentum as the Regular Season nears its end with only two games remaining. With each game becoming increasingly important, Tekavcic's performance was instrumental in securing the win for his team, making him the champion of the game. Tekavcic's overall statistics for the season are impressive, with an average of 8.0 points, 2.7 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 1.7 blocks, and 1.3 steals per game in the three games he has played so far. His consistent contributions on both ends of the court have been vital for Hoops Club as they aim to finish the season strong and contend for the championship title.
#3. Experienced champion Jahvari Josiah, a 6'4'' guard at 33 years old who graduated from Coppin St. in 2015 and currently plays professionally in Mexico, played a crucial role in a recent game against the closely-ranked Toros. His team, Halcones de Ciudad Obregon, emerged victorious with a final score of 89-72 in the Mexican Circuito de Baloncesto de la Costa del Pacifico last Monday. Josiah showcased his skills by contributing 8 points, 3 rebounds, and 1 assist in just 17 minutes of play. Despite the challenges posed by the Toros, Halcones de Ciudad Obregon, currently ranked third in the league with a record of 23-17, managed to secure a convincing win with Josiah's valuable performance. This victory allowed his team to advance to the next round and eventually be crowned as the champion of the match. Throughout this season, Josiah has maintained solid averages of 9.2 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game across 42 games. His consistent contributions on the court have been instrumental in his team's success. It is worth noting that Josiah, a naturalized American, continues to impress with his skills and experience in the competitive Mexican basketball league.

Australian champion Daniel Titus, a 6'8'' forward and 26-year-old Eagles alumni from 2023, showcased his prowess last Sunday by leading the Hornsby Ku-ring-Gai Spiders to a thrilling 109-108 victory against the fifth-ranked Canberra Gunners in the Australian NBL One, the second division of Australian basketball. Titus, in his third season of professional basketball, demonstrated his skills by scoring 19 points, grabbing 7 rebounds, and dishing out 5 assists in 35 minutes of play. Despite his team, the Hornsby Ku-ring-Gai Spiders, being placed 13th in the East group with a 3-9 record, Titus's remarkable performance against the Canberra Gunners highlighted his capabilities as a top-tier player. His all-around contribution on both offense and defense played a crucial role in securing the victory, solidifying his reputation as a champion player. Throughout this season, Titus has maintained solid statistics, averaging 14.4 points, 6.6 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 1.2 blocks, and 1.1 steals per game in the 10 games played so far. His consistent performance on the court exemplifies his potential and positions him as a formidable finalist in the league.
#5. Greg Spurlock, a 6'4'' guard who graduated from Claflin in 2025 and previously played at Coppin St. between 2021 and 2024, showcased his talent as a champion player in the recent East Coast Basketball League match. He led the Petersburg Cavaliers to a resounding 138-79 victory over the Goldsboro Wings with an impressive performance. Scoring a remarkable 32 points, grabbing 8 rebounds, and dishing out 3 assists, Spurlock was instrumental in his team's dominant win. Despite the Petersburg Cavaliers holding a somewhat modest 11-2 record this season, Spurlock's exceptional skills and contributions have been evident throughout. He has been a standout performer, averaging 19.3 points, 6.8 rebounds, 4.8 assists, and 3.1 steals per game over the course of 12 games. His consistent high-level performance has solidified his reputation as a top player in the league, further highlighting why he is a finalist in the basketball world. Kam'Ron Blue, a 26-year-old guard standing at 6'7'' and an alumnus of Eagles from 2023, showcased his exceptional talent as he led Heroes to a dominant victory over the second-ranked Titanes in the Dominican Rep. Liga Nacional de Baloncesto last Monday. Blue's stellar performance saw the Heroes crushing the Titanes with a convincing 90-68 win. In the game, Blue played for 31 minutes and contributed 12 points to his team's success. His impact was undeniable as he not only scored points but also secured 2 rebounds and provided 2 assists, displaying his versatility on the court. It was a performance that highlighted his skill set and exemplified why he is a champion. Throughout the season, Blue has maintained solid statistics, averaging 12.6 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game over five games. His consistent contribution and leadership on the court have been instrumental in leading his team to victory, reinforcing his status as a champion in the league.
