Here is the weekly review of the top performing Rams alumni, who are currently playing in pro basketball.
Look at great performance of Ignas Sargiunas (14 points), Daniel Bejarano (13 points), and Patrick Cartier (6 points).

#1. In the recent game, Lithuanian Ignas Sargiunas, a 6'5'' shooting guard aged 26 who graduated from Colorado St. in 2021 and currently plays professionally in Lithuania, was unable to lead Rytas (20-12) to victory. Despite his commendable efforts, Rytas suffered a 95-101 defeat at home to the lower-ranked (#7) team, Juventus. Sargiunas, the team's standout performer, emerged as the second-highest scorer with 14 points, alongside contributing 5 assists and 4 steals during his 31 minutes on the court. Sargiunas showcased his basketball prowess with an impressive performance, scoring 14 points, securing 2 rebounds, and distributing 5 assists against Juventus. His all-around contribution highlighted his skill and impact in the game. Despite his stellar individual display, Rytas was unable to secure the victory, falling short against their opponents. Throughout the season, Sargiunas has maintained solid statistics, averaging 12.9 points, 2.7 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 1.4 steals per game, ranking him as the third-best player in the league in terms of steals. In the 32 games he has participated in so far, Sargiunas has consistently demonstrated his value as a key player for his team, both offensively and defensively.

#2. Experienced champion Daniel Bejarano, a 6'4'' guard at 34 years old and a Rams alumnus from 2015 who received the All-MWC Second Team award that year, currently plays professionally in Mexico. In a recent game in the Mexican Circuito de Baloncesto de la Costa del Pacifico, he led his team, Toros Laguna, to a decisive victory over the closely-ranked Halcones de Ciudad Obregon with a final score of 106-84. Despite only playing for 17 minutes, he managed to contribute 13 points to his team's winning effort. Toros Laguna, with a current record of 18-22, holds the sixth position in the league standings. Bejarano's standout performance against Obregon showcased his skills as he not only scored 13 points but also secured 2 rebounds and provided 2 assists. These contributions were pivotal in his team's success, highlighting his abilities as a finalist. Throughout the season, Bejarano has maintained solid averages of 9.4 points, 5.7 rebounds, 1.8 assists, and 1.1 steals per game over the course of 17 games played, further solidifying his reputation as a talented and impactful player on the court.

#3. Patrick Cartier, a 6'8'' forward aged 25 and a graduate of Colorado St. in 2024, currently playing professionally in Poland, made a notable impact in his team's recent game. Competing against the closely-ranked Arka, with a record of 18-12, Cartier played a crucial role in securing a convincing 90-64 victory for his team, Zastal BC Zielona Gora, in the Polish Orlen Basket Liga on Tuesday night. Despite playing for 19 minutes, Cartier managed to contribute 6 points and 3 assists to his team's triumph. His performance was instrumental in helping Zastal BC Zielona Gora, positioned eighth in the league with a record of 16-14, claim the champion title in the game against Arka. Throughout the season, Cartier has maintained an average of 9.4 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 1.4 assists per game in the 36 games he has participated in so far. Notably, he is a naturalized American player whose skills and contributions have been invaluable to his team's success.

#4. New Zealand's James Moors, a 6'10'' forward/center aged 26 and an alum of Rams from 2023, showcased his skills while playing professionally in New Zealand. In a recent game, Moors, despite his impressive performance, was unable to lead Taranaki Airs (3-7) to victory as they faced the higher-ranked (#7) Jets on the road. Despite the Airs falling short and losing 77-89, Moors performed exceptionally well, recording a double-double with 20 points and 11 rebounds in just 28 minutes of play. This noteworthy display of talent is particularly impressive considering he is in only his third season in professional basketball. Although Taranaki Airs suffered their sixth consecutive loss, Moors' individual effort did not go unnoticed. His stat line of 20 points, 11 rebounds, and 2 assists against the Jets highlighted his prowess on the court. Despite the team's defeat, Moors' outstanding performance earned him the esteemed Triple-Double Badge from eurobasket.com, further establishing his reputation as a champion player in the league. Moors has been consistent throughout the season, maintaining solid averages of 14.8 points, 10.8 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game in the four games he has played so far.

#5. Nigerian basketball player Emmanuel Omogbo, standing at 6'8'' and playing as a Center/Forward, is a 31-year-old athlete who graduated from Colorado State in 2017 and received the USBWA All-District VIII Team award that same year. Currently, he is showcasing his skills as a professional player in the Dominican Republic. In a recent game, Omogbo showcased his talent by leading the Marineros to a thrilling 86-82 victory over the league-leading Metros, who held a record of 12-4. During this game, he contributed significantly with 12 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 assists in just 27 minutes of play. This outstanding performance not only helped secure the win for his team but also highlighted his capabilities as a champion on the court. Despite Marineros de Puerto Plata being positioned sixth in the league with an 8-8 record, Omogbo's remarkable individual performance throughout the season has been impressive. Averaging 16.6 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game over the course of 14 games, he has consistently proven himself as a standout finalist in the league. It is worth noting that Omogbo, a naturalized Nigerian player, has had a standout year with exceptional statistics, showcasing his prowess and determination as a true champion in the sport of basketball.

#6. Puerto Rican Gian Clavell, a 6'4'' shooting guard and 32-year-old Rams alumnus from 2017, is currently playing professionally in Puerto Rico. In a recent game, he played a crucial role in helping the Piratas de Quebradillas secure a narrow 2-point victory over the sixth-ranked Osos with a final score of 87-85 in the Puerto Rican Baloncesto Superior Nacional. Despite scoring only 3 points, Clavell managed to contribute significantly with 5 assists in just 21 minutes on the court. Furthermore, Clavell showcased his skills in another game against Manati, where he scored 3 points, grabbed 2 rebounds, and provided 5 assists, ultimately leading his team to another victory. His impressive performance was pivotal in securing the win, solidifying his position as the champion of the game. So far this year, Clavell has been averaging 3.0 points, 1.7 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game across three games, demonstrating his consistent contributions to his team's success as a finalist.

#7. Joe Palmer, a 25-year-old guard standing at 6'4'' who graduated from Colorado State University in 2024 and currently plays professionally in Australia, was unable to lead the Dandenong Rangers to victory in their recent game. Despite his strong performance, the sixth-placed Dandenong Rangers suffered a narrow 106-111 loss to the fourth-ranked Spectres in the South group at East Burwood. In the game, Palmer contributed 11 points and 5 rebounds in 29 minutes of play. Although he put up an impressive performance with 11 points and 5 rebounds against Nunawading S, his individual efforts were not enough to secure a win for his team. Throughout the season, Palmer has been excelling individually, boasting impressive statistics.
