Look at great performance of Jaron Blossomgame (23 points), Marcquise Reed (28 points), and David Skara (13 points).
#1. Experienced champion Jaron Blossomgame, a 6'7'' forward at 32 years old, graduated from Clemson in 2017 and received the USBWA All-District III Team award that year. Currently playing professionally in France, he recently led AS Monaco Basket to a decisive 103-88 victory over the closely-ranked JSF Nanterre (21-9) in the French Betclic ELITE league. In this crucial matchup between two top 4 ranked teams, Blossomgame's outstanding performance earned him the MVP title of the game. Notably, he contributed 23 points, 4 rebounds, and 1 assist in 31 minutes of play, showcasing his skill and leadership on the court. AS Monaco Basket, currently holding the top spot in the league with a record of 23-7, has benefited greatly from Blossomgame's talents during his fourth season with the team. Demonstrating consistency throughout the season, he has maintained solid statistics, averaging 10.1 points per game and 3.2 rebounds per game in the 33 games he has played thus far. Blossomgame's remarkable abilities and contributions have undoubtedly reinforced his reputation as a true champion in the realm of professional basketball.
#2. Marcquise Reed, a 6'3'' shooting guard and Tigers alumni from 2019, is currently playing professionally in Turkey. Despite his impressive performance, Reed could not help Trabzonspor (19-11) in their recent game against Bahcesehir, which resulted in a 94-78 defeat for his team. Reed was the top scorer of the game with 28 points and also contributed 4 rebounds in 33 minutes of play. This season marks Reed's first with the team. In the game against Bahcesehir, Reed showcased his skills by scoring 28 points, securing 4 rebounds, and providing 2 assists. Despite his outstanding individual efforts, Trabzonspor was unable to secure a victory. Reed has been having an exceptional season with impressive statistics, averaging 23.3 points per game (leading the league), 3.6 rebounds per game, 5.0 assists per game, and 1.9 steals per game (second best in the league) in the 32 games he has played so far. Croatian David Skara, a 6'8'' power forward who graduated from Clemson in 2019 and received the Eurobasket.com All-World University Games Honorable Mention award that year, is currently playing professionally in Slovenia. In a recent game, Skara led Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana, where he is in his first season, to a convincing 91-74 victory over the league-leading Krka (26-1) in the Slovenian Liga OTP banka. Skara's stellar performance included scoring 13 points and grabbing 6 rebounds in 34 minutes of play. Despite his team being positioned at the bottom of their group, Skara's consistent contributions have been noteworthy. So far this season, he is averaging 7.0 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per game in six appearances. His impact on the court as a key player was evident in the match against Krka, where his efforts played a vital role in securing the win for his team.
#4. Gabe DeVoe, a 30-year-old 6'3'' guard and Tigers alumnus from 2018 who received the ACC All-Academic Team award that year, currently plays professionally in Israel. In a recent match, he played a pivotal role in Maccabi Rishon's triumph over the second-ranked Hapoel Tel-Aviv with a score of 82-74 in the Israeli Winner League. DeVoe's impressive performance included 14 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 steals in just 27 minutes of play. Maccabi Effie Capital Rishon Le-Zion, where DeVoe plays, holds the seventh position in the Places 1-8 group with a record of 12-14. DeVoe's standout display against Hapoel Tel-Aviv exemplified his skills and determination, as his contributions were crucial in securing the victory for his team. Throughout the season, DeVoe has maintained solid statistics, averaging 12.9 points, 2.6 rebounds, 3.6 assists, and 1.7 steals per game across nine games. His consistent performance and impact on the court highlight his value as a champion player in his team.
#5. Avry Holmes, a 6'1'' guard who graduated from Clemson in 2017, currently plays professionally in Mexico. In a recent game where Toros Laguna faced off against the higher-ranked (#3) Halcones de Ciudad Obregon, Holmes, despite his solid performance, was unable to prevent his team from suffering a tough 89-72 defeat on the road. He contributed 10 points and 4 assists in 30 minutes of play. Recently, he was unable to aid Telekom Baskets Bonn in their match against Bayern Muenchen in the German easyCredit BBL. Despite his valiant effort, Baehre, the finalist, only managed to score 5 points and secure 2 rebounds in a mere 12 minutes of play. Unfortunately, his team suffered a significant defeat, with a final score of 91-69, trailing by 22 points. Baehre's individual performance was commendable, showcasing his skills with 5 points against Bayern. Nevertheless, his contributions were not enough to secure a victory for his team. #7. Myles Foster, a 25-year-old 6'7'' forward who graduated from Clemson in 2025, currently plays professionally in Portugal. #9. Aamir Simms, a 6'8'' forward who graduated from Clemson in 2021 at the age of 27, is currently playing professionally in Canada. Recently, he made a significant impact in a thrilling game where the Scarborough Shooting Stars secured a narrow 106-104 victory against the Surge in the Canadian Elite Basketball League. In this game, he showcased his talent by contributing 14 points and 5 rebounds in 32 minutes of play.
