#1. Jean-Karlo Iciano (6'3''-G/F-1997, played in 2019-20, plays pro in Dominican Republic). He could not help Metros (7-8) to beat Titanes (8-4) in the Dominican Rep. LNB. Iciano scored 7 points and added 4 assists in 19 minutes. Metros was badly defeated111-95 on the road by the higher-ranked (#3) Titanes. His team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And that game will be critical. This year Iciano averages 8.5ppg, 2.3rpg and 1.1apg in 14 games he played so far.
#2. Manyiel Wugol (6'6''-G/F-1999, played in 2021-22, plays in Australia) was not able to help South West Slammers in their game against Flames (13-9) in the Australian NBL One (second division). He scored 9 points. But the 12th-placed South West Slammers (6-16) were crushed97-72 in Rockingham by the much higher-ranked Flames (#4) in the West group. The Regular Season already ended. It's Wugol's first season with the team. This year Wugol averages 8.7ppg, 2.5rpg and 1.1apg. He has also Australian nationality.
#3. Riberto Leyva (6'3''-G-1999, played in 2016-20, currently in Nicaragua), who plays in the Nicaraguan LSB was not able to secure a victory for the league outsider Leones (0-6) in their last game. Despite Leyva's good performance the bottom-ranked Leones was edged80-77 in Corinto by the higher-ranked (#7) Tigres. He was the second best scorer with 11 points. Leyva also added 4 passes in 29 minutes. So far Leones lost all six games in the Regular Season. His team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And now that game is very crucial. This year Leyva averages 7.5ppg, 3.2rpg and 2.5apg in six games.
#4. Experienced Kevin Briggs (7'0''-C-1989, played in 2010-14, plays pro in the TBT) couldn't help the Herkimer Originals in their game against the Stars of Storrs (UConn Alumni) in the TBT. Briggs' contribution was not very remarkable in Saturday's game. He recorded only 3 points. It was his first game for Herkimer Originals this season. The Herkimer Originals were crushed85-52 by the Stars of Storrs (UConn Alumni).
