Allen's pro career starts at Brooklyn Nets - NBA - 8 hours ago
Brooklyn Nets landed 19-year old forward Jarrett Allen (211-107kg-98). He just graduated from Texas (NCAA). In 33 games he averaged 13.4ppg, 8.4rpg and 1.5bpg last season. It was a very successful year in his career as he was selected to All-Big 12 3rd Team. This summer Allen was drafted by the Nets in first round (22nd overall). Haslem re-signs at Miami Heat - NBA - 9 hours ago
Miami Heat confirmed in their roster experienced 37-year old forward Udonis Haslem (203-107kg-80, college: Florida). He has played there for the last fourteen seasons. But in 16 NBA games he recorded just 1.9ppg and 2.3rpg last season. Haslem has never been drafted by the NBA. But in 2002 Sioux Falls Skyforce selected him in fourth round (30th overall) in the CBA draft. The former University of Florida staris in his 16th (!!!) season in pro basketball. Houston Rockets (NBA) confirmed in their roster 23-year old small forward Troy Williams (201-93kg-94, college: Indiana). He played there last season. In 11 NBA games he had 5.4ppg and 2.8rpg. Williams helped them to make it to the conference semifinals. He also played that season for another team Rio Grande Valley Vipers where in 11 games he recorded very impressive stats: 20.1ppg, 5.2rpg, 2.4apg and 1.0spg.
